Using your iPad to save the Floor Plans:
I am a big believer of having an iPad.  I know there are scores of other tablets out there, but it's the applications that run on the iPad that make it so valuable.  In my discussions with Agents, I still find that the majority do not know how to add their farm to the iPad or do a screen capture of a map, photo or document.  Click on February, 2010 Newsletter to see my article, "COPYING PASTING and EMAILING Floor Plans."

DANA POINT:
The Grand Monarch by William Lyon Homes. Located at the entrance to the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort.  There will be 37 resort style residences in the gated community. They will range from Approximately 3,300 to 4,000 Sq. Ft.

LADERA RANCH:
Artisan Collection by William Lyon Homes. 14 distinctive homes built in the Covenant section of the community.  Homes will be in the range of 5,000 plus Sq. Ft.

IRVINE:
La Vita at the Groves in Orchard Hills by Brookfield Residential.  Single family homes that will range from Approximately 3,400 to 4,000 Sq. Ft.

YORBA LINDA:
Covington by Brandywine. Approximately 1,850 to 2,150 Sq. Ft.  Being built at 18052 Yorba Linda Blvd.
Provence by Brandywine is building an interest list for Single Family Homes in Yorba Linda.  They will range in size from 1,800 to 2,000 Sq. Ft.

COSTA MESA:
Seabright by Brandywine. Ranging from Approximately 1,599 to 1,791 Sq. Ft.  They will be in the 2000 Block of Anaheim St.
